While we strive to maintain continuous operation of AI automation systems, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime due to factors including maintenance, updates, server issues, or force majeure events. Our technical support is provided during specified business hours as outlined in service agreements. Emergency support availability may vary based on service tier. Clients are responsible for having appropriate backup communication methods during any service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by Romanian law, HYPER ASSIST's liability for any damages arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are claimed.
This disclaimer and all related service agreements are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Romanian courts.
